My research focuses on discovering new drug candidates that inhibit essential enzymes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, such as malate synthase and protein kinase B. I use high-throughput screening and nanoDSF binding assays to evaluate compound activity and confirm binding of compounds to target proteins.
